Process
One model, both sides of it.
Brands set a commission rate. Athletes film off a brief. A tracked link decides what gets paid. This page is the whole mechanism, start to finish.
How it works
Three steps. No retainer.
Match
Send the product and the sport. We pull athletes who use it.
Shoot
They film on their phone off a brief you approve. Files back in two weeks.
Pay on conversion
You set the rate. The link converts, the athlete earns. No video fees.
The mechanics
How the money and rights are tracked.
The model only works if both sides trust the ledger. Here is exactly what is measured and who owns what.
01
Every clip gets its own link
Nothing ships without a tracked destination and a code tied to the athlete who filmed it. Attribution is decided before the footage is shot, not argued about after.
02
Sales are reported before payout
Both sides see the same report: orders through the link, revenue, and the commission owed on it. No invoice arrives without the numbers behind it.
03
Rights are fixed at twelve months
Accepted footage is cleared for paid and organic use for a year. The athlete keeps the right to post it. Nobody renegotiates mid-campaign.
04
Compliance paperwork comes with the deal
Every agreement is disclosed and reportable. Athletes get the documents to file with their school before the first frame is filmed.
Method
Athletes on camera. Nobody acting.
Three rules we work by. They decide who shoots, what gets filmed, and what you are billed for.
01
We read the brief, not the follower count
Sport, product, buyer. We pull names off the roster who compete in it and can hold a camera steady.
02
Shot on the phone in their pocket
No studio, no lighting kit, no actor pretending. Training halls, weight rooms, bus rides, warmups.
03
Pay for sales, not footage
You do not pay for videos. You pay a percentage of the sales they drive. Weak cuts get replaced. Strong cuts get scaled.
Questions
Answers, straight.
Who is this for?
Brands selling physical product to people who play sports, and athletes on active college rosters who already film their training.
Where does the money come from?
Revenue, not budget. The brand sets a commission percentage, the athlete earns it on tracked sales, and nobody pays for footage that never converted.
Who owns the footage?
The brand gets paid and organic rights for twelve months. The athlete keeps the right to post it on their own accounts.
How fast does a cycle run?
Matching takes about 48 hours. Raw files and edited cuts come back inside two weeks of an approved brief.
Is this an agency?
We act as the agent between the two sides: sourcing brands, writing briefs, matching rosters, and running attribution. There is no media buying service attached.
Next step
Put your name in.
Brands brief a shoot. Athletes join the roster. One form, both directions.
